NAV/BC Project Manager

We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of Italy's leading Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC consultancies on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, fully remote work for my client but some weekly travel to customer sites, all based in Northern Italy.

Daily tasks:

• Manage the full lifecycle of NAV/BC finance module projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide advice on the best solutions.
• Coordinate a team of consultants, ensuring support throughout the implementation process.

Desired skills/experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in NAV/BC finance module sector.
• Deep knowledge of project life cycle, from analysis and planning to delivery and post-implementation monitoring.
• Ability to consult with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into practical solutions.
• Experience in team management and supervising complex projects.
