Overview

We are the exclusive authorized distributor of OPPO in Italy and we are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Sales Operational Specialist with strong cross-functional communication skills to join OPPO Italy. In this role, you will manage end-to-end channel operations and support: build efficient information and service channels for partners, manage sales budgeting and expense compliance, deliver data and systems support, and coordinate internal resources to ensure steady channel growth and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Build and maintain partner information channels; communicate policies and product updates with accuracy and speed; handle inquiries and complaints, diagnose issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Sales Budget Management: Support budgeting, target cascade, and execution tracking; provide data inputs; run budget clearing and post-mortem analysis.
  • Expense Management: Lead partner expense calculation and reconciliation; work with Finance on posting and compliance checks to ensure books match reality.
  • Sales Support: Respond to sales teams’ data needs; produce reports/insights to inform sales strategy; coordinate solutions to operational issues.
  • Systems Management: Maintain customer profiles and business data; perform regular data cleansing for integrity and security; participate in daily ERP operations and UAT/upgrade testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross-team projects, establish communication mechanisms, and resolve collaboration conflicts and priority trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Languages: Italian B2 or above for customer communications (email/phone) and fluent Chinese; comfortable in a bilingual work environment. (English is a plus.)
  • Systems & Process: Familiar with ERP (e.g., SAP)—especially supply chain modules (inventory, logistics tracking) and basic finance functions; logistics fulfillment experience is a plus; basic data governance awareness.
  • Data Skills: STEM/quant background preferred; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI); SQL basics are a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional communication and conflict-resolution abilities; high sense of ownership; able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
