Role Description

  • Conduct implementations of Revvity products and applications related to mass spectrometry, primarily for the newborn screening.
  • Provide post‑sales application support in response to customer enquiries, including troubleshooting, data analysis, technical guidance, education, training and on‑site visits.
  • Develop new applications for Revvity LC‑MS/MS offerings to neonatal market.
  • Provide pre‑sales support ex. demonstrations, presentations, LC‑MS/MS method development, technical guidance and related activities, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and present technical/scientific seminars to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide information and consultancy about our solutions, to internal and external customers.
  • Participation to NPI projects, collaborate with other internal functions, collaborate with external stakeholders (customer, distributor).

Role Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with triple quadruple systems.
  • A strong understanding of small molecule LC‑MS/MS workflows and associated informatics, experience with clinical applications of mass spectrometry.
  • Experience in customer relationships.
  • Customer focused problem solver mindset, strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English, Italian language mandatory, other European language skills are considered as an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 – 60 %.
