Position: Front Desk and General Administration Officer

Location: Diano d'Alba, Italy (preferred)

The main responsibilities include:

• Handling front office reception and administrative duties, such as greeting guests, answering phones, managing inquiries, and daily office operations.
• Providing administrative support across the organization, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
• Managing visitor logs, mail, packages, and maintaining the front desk area.
• Supporting scheduling of meetings and conference room bookings.
• Providing general administrative support, maintaining office supplies, and preparing correspondence and reports.
• Managing physical and digital filing systems and coordinating with facility management.
• Assisting in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Using ERP system for car maintenance and safety requirements.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining and updating contact lists and databases, and assisting with report preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High professionalism and confidentiality.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.
