We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Milano Verri, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands.

In this role, you’ll assist Store Management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding our operational and visual standards. Acting as the "Manager-on-Duty" in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager, you’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Act as a leader on the floor, driving sales and modeling outstanding customer service and clienteling.
  • Supervise and support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining selling standards.
  • Provide floor supervision that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures an elevated shopping experience.

Team Development

  • Train and coach associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
  • Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
  • Partner with associates on the floor to enhance selling skills and team effectiveness.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain control of key company assets, including cash, inventory, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and accuracy in all procedures.

Fashion Leadership

  • Serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Stay current with fashion trends and demonstrate an understanding of how to create vibrant, on-brand looks.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Operate cash registers and computers efficiently.
  • Perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional work climate that inspires mutual trust and respect.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail selling and management experience.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and observation skills with an eye for customer and employee behavior.
  • Ability to retain and apply product knowledge and company policies effectively.
