Payments Partnership Manager

Join our team at Satispay, where we are revolutionising everyday payments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop Partnership Strategy – define roadmap and identify new partnership opportunities aligned with growth.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals – lead negotiations, structure win‑win agreements.
  • Coordinate Internal Stakeholders – work with Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations.
  • Strategic Account Management – nurture existing partner relationships, drive co‑marketing and upsell.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting – monitor KPIs, optimise performance and report to management.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Partnership Management or Strategic Account Management in FinTech, Digital Payments, e‑commerce or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational autonomy and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Understanding of technical integration processes (API logic, SDKs) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
