WHO WE ARE

Our solar division operates in the development, investment, construction, and operation of photovoltaic plants, supplying green electricity and advanced energy solutions in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany, and Poland).

MISSIONS

As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar, you will supervise the correct execution of works, ensuring quality during the construction and commissioning of PV plants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leading, planning, controlling, and coordinating all activities during the project execution.
2. Ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies on site.
3. Acting as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties.
4. Managing equipment delivery to site.
5. Verifying that works adhere to local, national, and international regulations.
6. Participating in the preparation of material lists for the sites.
7. Preparing weekly reports on construction progress, inventory, HSEQ, and machinery.
8. Overseeing the commissioning of infrastructures.
9. Approving contractor and subcontractor works.
10. Checking conformity of services at the end of construction.
11. Ensuring tests, trials, and operations are conducted in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.
12. Organizing and participating in on-site meetings.
13. Contributing to process improvements and technical monitoring.
14. Reporting hazards and risks during construction.

PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of experience. Fluent in Italian (excellent communication skills); English is a plus. You must be onsite 100% of your time and willing to travel extensively.
