Lead Innovation and Excellence in EU Public Sector Consulting

Leveraging international experience (European Union, World Bank, United Nations), KPMG Italy provides services to international public institutions, monitoring developments in areas like structural reforms, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include :

• Participate in EU projects, focusing on EU studies and Better Regulations.
• Support project management and coordinate activities for project implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to disseminate knowledge on EU policy and methodologies.
• Conduct and coordinate data analysis, including market analysis, CBA, and indicator frameworks.
• Assist in Business Development activities related to EU policy and regulation studies.
• Draft tenders and coordinate junior resources to ensure quality results.
• Analyze policy context and participate in EU tender procedures and consortia building.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This successful candidate has :

• A master’s degree in EU policies, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in EU policy studies or working with EU institutions.
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data collection.
• Experience with international institutions or consulting firms familiar with such environments.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in diverse environments.
• Excellent command of English and Italian; knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.
