Fedeli is looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our corner in Rinascente Milano, for a fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent Fedeli experience.
  • Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in‑store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow‑up and CRM engagement.
  • Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs.
  • Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • 2‑3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear.
  • Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.
  • Passion for quality, design, and long‑lasting fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer‑focused and team‑oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment.
  • Fluent spoken English expected; other languages desirable.

Start period: January 2026.
