Information Technology Support Technician

Overview

This is a part-time on-site role for an IT Technician, located in Florence. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation and IT-related customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing training to end-users.

Qualifications

Must have experience in Traffic counter / Camera installations along with cabling

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information Technology skills
• Customer Service and Training skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications or experience in the IT field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate\'s degree in IT or a related field preferred
