Job Description: Mapo Tapo seeks an Account Manager Creator Partnerships to drive its next growth phase. This key role involves growing and managing a global network of content creators. You’ll operate like a B2B Account Manager owning a pipeline driving measurable performance through outreach activation and conversion ensuring partnerships translate into meaningful bookings and long-term engagement for our outdoor community.

What you will do
- Identify contact and onboard new content creators aligned with Mapo Tapos values and adventure spirit.
- Manage the creator partnership pipeline like a B2B funnel from outreach and activation to performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to refine and scale the global ambassador program.
The ideal candidate
- A genuine outdoor enthusiast actively practicing at least two outdoor sports like climbing or skiing.
- A natural seller driven by tangible growth results and eager to significantly increase earnings through performance.
- Data-driven goal-oriented adaptable and entrepreneurial with excellent written and spoken English.
