Location: Campoverde di Aprilia, Italy

Type: Full Time

Hours: 8 hours per day

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level support for customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
  • Communicate proactively regarding issue status and resolution updates.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2010, and authorized applications like Cisco Jabber.
  • Support basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and hardware components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
  • Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
  • Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid work permit.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and computers.
  • Several years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
