Our Client is a company specialized in the design, production, and service of industrial cooling systems, temperature controllers, and process air dehumidifiers.

Chief Accountant – Fiscal & Accounting Responsible

Responsibilities

• Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations
• Ensure all accounting documents and transactions comply with local law and tax regulations
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial, accounting, administrative, and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations
• Prepare monthly and periodic statutory reporting
• Prepare all official reports and tax returns
• Perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing company
• Perform various bookkeeping and ad‑hoc responsibilities as defined by Business Controller
• Participate in all audit processes: internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requested
• Provide correct and timely figures and reports and raise red flags when needed
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
• Responsible for all credit & collection activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of financial, fiscal and management accounting
• Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations
• Good understanding of ERP systems and how they work
• Expertise in Excel and working knowledge of PowerBI
• Degree in Economics
