To strengthen our Large Enterprise Delivery Division, we are looking for a

Solution Architect. The Solution Architect is a consultant who has significant experience in the delivery of software modernization projects and is trained in software engineering best practices. The Solution Architect is responsible for the design of application solutions that meet customers\' technical and business requirements and ensures the successful execution of delivery projects. The role involves close collaboration with the Product and Sales departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and translating customers' business requirements into functional architecture ensuring that the solution strategy is in line with the business strategy
• Design and develop complex architectural and technological solutions
• Manage relationships with the client\'s business owner for requirements analysis and with other internal and external stakeholders involved in business and project processes
• Manage the relationship with other internal and external development team members
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, identify and address critical issues, identify and proactively manage project risks
• Provide solution recommendations and contribute to the resolution of key process and technical construction issues within and across process groups

Essential qualifications

• At least 2 years\' experience in the role of Consultant or Solution Architect, preferably in software houses
• Ability to understand, analyze and convert customer requirements into effective design
• Experience in the design and delivery of ICM Systems applications
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1)

Preferred qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Italian language (minimum level B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude
• Strong goal and customer orientation
• Ability to cope with challenges
