Investment Solutions Specialist

The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring innovative investment solutions, contributing to the full lifecycle of product development and implementation. Key activities include:

• Idea generation and conceptualization of new investment solutions, based on client needs, market trends, and strategic priorities
• Design and origination of structured investment solutions and private asset solutions, in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Working closely with affiliated Management Companies to create complex solutions
• Collaboration within the CoI function including Product team, and with other teams across Generali Investments, regarding the structurization and management of complex solutions
• Unit Linked business - portfolio monitoring and performance analysis, including market updates and strategic reporting

Education

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, IMC) are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on investment solutions or financial structuring
• Strong understanding of Insurance-Linked product, experience with Private Assets is considered a plus
• Prior experience in an international and cross-functional work environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid command of data analysis and financial modelling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Familiarity with key financial data platforms such as Morningstar and Bloomberg. Working knowledge of Python/SQL is a plus
• Fluent in English; Italian or another European language is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
• Client- and solution-oriented approach with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into actionable insights
