Overview

Sales Assistant / Sales Specialist – Milan / Italy, Germany (remote). Full-time, Entry Level.

Responsibilities

• Drive the initial stages of the sales process and assist the Sales Team.
• Identify potential new business customers, generate leads, set up appointments and nurture the pipeline in collaboration with the Sales Team, Operations and Logistics to close deals.
• Travel with the sales team to visit customers and assist with procedures (Italy – Milan office).
• Support the Sales team with developing new sales opportunities based on the assigned customer base or territory.
• Follow up with prospects via email and calls to create sales opportunities for the team.
• Create follow-up appointments for the sales team to advance customers through the sales process.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, customer services and operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in CRM / Odoo / SAP systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to control product stock, including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline for delivery visibility.
• Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality and sales development processes.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM / SAP / ODOO software and sales tools
• Fluency in English / German / Italian / Chinese (Mandarin) – both written and spoken
• Legally eligible to work and have a resident permit.

Location

In Italy, this role is located in Milan and works with the Sales Manager.
