We are looking for a brilliant Field Engineer who is keen to start a rewarding and successful career path in an international company.

What You'll do

• You will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products, including anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions.
• You will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs.
• You will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales.
• You will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering.
• Excellent English and Italian.
• 2+ years of experience in design or construction.
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven.
