Italian Speaking Customer Care Advisor

Elemental Insights is looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail and phone calls.

Location & Work Model

  • Lisbon, Portugal
  • Remote (must be in Portugal or willing to relocate)

Relocation Support

  • €1,000–€2,000 signing bonus
  • Flight reimbursement

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e‑mail and phone calls.
  • Maintain a customer‑centric approach while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Italian language C2 level.
  • English language B2 level.
  • Customer‑centric or sales attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
