• Collaboration with the external consultant for the management and control of payroll processing
• Handling administrative tasks related to employment contracts and compliance with periodic deadlines
• Acting as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll, contributions and contractual matters
• Supporting in the onboarding activities for new hires and participating in HR administration and development projects

Your Responsibilities

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in economics or social sciences or high school diploma
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration or in a payroll office
• Knowledge and experience of labour law
• Structured working method with a high level of discretion
• Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
