As a Software Engineer on our team, you\'ll be at the forefront of innovating personalized music experiences for millions of listeners worldwide. You will take ownership of key features from conception to launch, working with a team of experts in machine learning and personalization to build scalable and robust systems.
The Sequencing and Voice Recommendations Team is at the forefront of revolutionizing how customers experience music through voice. We are a dynamic and innovative group of engineers and applied scientists dedicated to leveraging Generative AI and machine learning to create deeply personalized and engaging music experiences across all Amazon Music platforms. Our mission is to transform voice interaction into a seamless and intuitive gateway to music discovery and enjoyment. We focus on developing advanced algorithms for personalized recommendations, intelligent track sequencing, and robust voice-powered content delivery. We collaborate closely with product managers to ideate, experiment, and launch voice experiences that redefine how millions of users interact with music. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
