Marketing

About the role

At Reckitt, we are passionate about making a difference in people's lives through our beloved health and hygiene products. You’ll support the Marketing team in managing marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Innovation process and NPDs generation: raise TWs records and managing related process on Quality One platform, coordinating with NPI to monitor project status and proactively identify and address any delays or issues
  • Oversee AW generation process acting as project owner and liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
  • Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management, including vendor and supplier setup and following up to ensure proper invoices management
  • Support the management of internal approval flows for comms materials
  • Coordinate regional marketing projects pertaining to the above, ensuring alignment across countries and functions

The experience we\'re looking for

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Highly organized with a structured approach
  • Solid project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
