Salesforce Developer

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building and customizing Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. As a key team member, you will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. Strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with our PHP-based public products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize data flow and logic between these systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
• Implement version control best practices for smooth collaboration and code management.
• Create, execute, and refine automatic and integration tests to ensure high application quality.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional Salesforce features.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks for a stable Salesforce experience.
• Stay updated on platform updates, emerging technologies, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, especially PHP-based environments.
• Work with web development teams to ensure seamless functionality and data exchange between Salesforce and public platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire integration stack.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform with experience delivering robust, scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-centric application development.
• Understanding of API REST design, security, and scalability.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, especially PHP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and others listed in the original post are appreciated.
