Position: Backend Developer (Full-Stack Capable)

Location: Bari, Italy (Hybrid working)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 gross per year + benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-to-senior Backend Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying production-ready applications and a solid understanding of modern backend technologies. This role offers flexibility, growth opportunities and involvement in exciting projects including digital transformation, staging environments, and LLM development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using TypeScript and PostgreSQL


• Build and integrate APIs for scalable applications


• Work with Docker and agentic coding principles


• Collaborate on DevOps tasks and staging environment setup


• Communicate effectively within a hybrid or remote team

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in backend/full-stack development


• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, PostgreSQL, API development, and Docker


• Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules


• Previous freelance experience is a plus


• 10% annual salary increase
