SERVICE DESIGNER & DIGITAL EXPERT

We are seeking a person with experience in designing digital services and community engagement strategies, able to interpret technological and social changes to generate impact and value.

The ideal profile has a systemic vision, digital skills, and a strong sensitivity to collaborative dynamics.

• Design digital services and engagement strategies, from client needs analysis to proposed solutions.
• Integrate Service Design approaches with digital tools and AI.
• Facilitate community building and activation.
• Translate insights and trends into concrete design.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to generate innovation.

• Digital Design: experience in designing digital services and interfaces
• Service Design: mastery of main design methodologies and tools
• Community Strategy: community activation and management
• Creativity: innovative vision and ability to generate value
• Making: prototyping and visualization of ideas
• Storytelling: effective narration of projects and strategies

Requisiti

• +3 years of experience in digital projects or community-based services
• Degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, or related fields
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in international and multicultural contexts
• Availability for national and international travel
