Key responsibilities include:
Implementing marketing strategies and contributing to technical and promotional materials.
Supporting the Sales Force in achieving targets through specialist product promotion and customer training (workshops, presentations, in‑service sessions).
Managing product samples and gathering related feedback.
Training customers and supporting technical updates for the Sales Force to ensure proper use of disposable devices and equipment.
Monitoring market and competitor trends and sharing insights internally.
Contributing to market research, product launches, and field feedback for product improvement.
Managing assigned equipment, including installation documentation, testing, maintenance coordination, and handling malfunction reports.
Supporting Quality and Regulatory Affairs with product conformity issues and incident investigations.
Collaborating with Marketing on relationships with key opinion leaders and participating in scientific events and congresses.
Preparing technical documents for tenders and participating in technical discussions when required.
Producing regular activity reports and maintaining ongoing technical training.
Competenze ed esperienza
Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Nursing Science;
experience of 2 to 3 years in the medical device sector;
knowledge of the English language;
knowledge of Office suite;
good organisational and communication skills;
availability to travel within the specific territory for most of the time
