We are looking for a TECNICO MANUTENTORE UTILITIES to maintain and operate the Black Utilities at a pharmaceutical production site.

Attività Generali

• Collaborate with the work team and Project Manager to identify improvement points
• Execute scheduled maintenance activities on the plants
• Execute corrective maintenance activities on the plants; Respect the intervention times
• Identify the criticality and the prioritization of the requested interventions
• Identify tools and minimum materials for the requested interventions; organizational capacity
• Guarantee that the plants are maintained in efficient conditions

Attività Specifiche/Variabili

• Maintain work areas in optimal conditions
• Identification of critical spare parts for managed plants
• Shift in continuous cycle
• Interventions on plants with GMP impact, thus knowledge of GMP norms
• Record maintenance interventions in the CMMS system
• Conduction, Maintenance and monitoring of air conditioning systems via SCADA
• Execute safety measures for electrical plants and transformation cabins MT/BT (CEI 11-27)
• Maintenance and operative on the main water plant; SW; DW; PW; OW
• Conduction of the main generation plant: thermal, refrigeration, compressed air

Requisiti

• Technical competencies: electrical; mechanical; basic electronic competence
• Pneumatic, hydraulic and managerial competencies
• Good predisposition to problem solving
• Good predisposition to teamwork and interpersonal relations
• Knowledge of Office package and use of management applications
• Possession of driving license type B
• Possession of license for steam generator operation minimum 3° or 2° grade
• Seriousness and reliability at work
• Computer system knowledge – Office – Internet; knowledge of maintenance management systems like SAP-MAXIMO-EAM
