Electronics Maintenance Technicians / Maintenance Managers for Ferrero in Belgium

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and plants used in production through corrective and planned maintenance interventions, focusing on electrical and electronic aspects.

The ideal candidate has a background in electrical, electronic, and/or robotics fields. Knowledge of industrial automation principles and skills in corrective maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic faults on hardware components of the production line are required.

Experience in industrial automation, programming of plant software, and knowledge of machine programming languages are considered a plus for improving production lines.

Required skills include analytical thinking, practical sense, precision, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, stress management, self-confidence, teamwork, and motivation for relocating and building a professional and personal project abroad within a structured international environment.

We offer a permanent contract directly with the client company, with compensation and contractual conditions appropriate for the role and local cost of living.

The company will cover expenses for a French language course, initial accommodation, and support for finding independent housing. Candidates will be supported throughout the selection process, including travel expenses.

Experienced candidates may be considered for a career path towards a Maintenance Supervisor role.
