Overview

Tamura, a leader in power electromechanics, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Back Office Intern to support our Sales Back Office team. This is an extracurricular internship designed to give you hands-on exposure to sales operations, administration, and customer support processes.

Location: Perugia – Santa Sabina

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update records in internal systems
• Liaise with the Sales Team to assist in preparing commercial offers
• Handle order registration and tracking
• Provide customer support via email, ensuring timely responses
• Deliver general back-office support and assist with ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Languages, or a related field
• English level B2 or higher (mandatory)
• Tech-savvy, with solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office tools
• Team-oriented mindset, with a proactive, positive attitude
• Organized, detail-focused, and reliable
