BEAUTY CONSULTANT - ASSISTAN CONSULTANT

GDO FASHION RETAIL Manpower Division is seeking a Beauty Consultant - Sales Assistant for an important brand in the beauty and cosmetics sector. The ideal candidate is passionate, well-prepared, and capable of managing the store with strategic vision, enthusiasm, and a strong customer focus.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent service, team growth, and achieving sales targets within a dynamic, modern, and stimulating environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate store activities and ensure an excellent customer experience aligned with brand values;
• Manage, motivate, and train the team of consultants and sales staff, developing their technical and relational skills (make-up, skincare, fragrances, etc.);
• Monitor commercial performance and key KPIs, developing sales strategies and promotional actions;
• Plan and supervise shifts, ensuring efficient resource management during peak periods;
• Handle product displays, visual merchandising, and regular updates of product references;
• Serve as a reference point for clients, offering personalized consultations and resolving issues professionally and empathetically;
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Beauty Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager, preferably in perfumeries, cosmetics stores, beauty-oriented pharmacies, or similar contexts;
• Excellent knowledge of the beauty sector: skincare, make-up, fragrances, and aesthetic treatments;
• Leadership, organizational, and resource management skills;
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and consulting skills;
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays;
• Proficiency with main sales and management tools;
