BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

Gi Group Italia is a leading Italian multinational group offering HR services worldwide. We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist to manage the standardization and continuous improvement program for our clients, analyzing current operations, developing Lean‑based operational standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties

  • Promote and manage continuous improvement quarterly, removing obstacles and guiding a culture of safety and performance across the site or BU.
  • Guide team members to address challenges affecting productivity, quality and delivery timings using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Ensure integration across projects/processes and coordinate improvements toward project objectives, simplifying operations and enhancing output quality.
  • Manage operational cycle forecasting, analyze time/cost/processes to improve performance and calculate labor needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve financial goals using Lean Six Sigma techniques.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for KPI monitoring, interfacing with the Performance Management team.
  • Assess economic impacts of processes and projects (Capex/Opex), and collaborate with the Technical Director to define the company budget.

Qualifications

  • Preferable bachelor’s degree in industrial/management engineering, with at least 2 years of proven experience in continuous improvement focusing on time and methods.
  • Experience in Lean Management, knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques (TPS, WCM), reporting, and basic Project Management.
  • Ability to drive operational standards in site/warehouse, define and implement a strategic plan.
  • Experience building process/performance indicators and process maps.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels and manage cross-functional teams without direct supervision.
  • IT skills: Office, Minitab, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Google Workspace.
  • Lean tools knowledge (5S, A3, PDCA, Kaizen); Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
  • Territorial flexibility for national site visits.
  • Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, analytical thinking, problem solving, operational flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
