What will you do

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and processes.
• You will analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• You will have the opportunity to develop functional specifications and work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• You will assist in the testing of solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function as intended.
• Technologies: You will work with Oracle Siebel IP20 and later.
• You will join a dynamic and collaborative team passionate about CRM topics.
• You will work closely with software architects, CRM specialists, developers and testers to design and deliver quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronic, Automation or Robotics Engineering, Management Engineering.
• Valuable expertise: Experience as a CRM Functional Analyst; Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and software requirements categories; Familiarity with Oracle Siebel.
• Nice to have: Comfortable with Agile development environments and practices.
• Soft skills: Problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in dynamic environments; Curiosity towards new technologies / capabilities and a willingness to experiment.
