Location : Italy (hybrid – office and remote flexibility)

Languages : Fluent Italian and strong English

OTE : €80k to €130k (50 percent base, 50 percent variable), depending on experience and level

Focus : Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales into finance teams across Italy

Coders Connect is working with a fast-scaling European SaaS company providing financial performance solutions to CFOs and finance teams. With continued investment and expansion across Southern Europe, they are now hiring in Italy — open to both professional-level and senior-level Account Executives .

What you’ll do

  • Lead the full sales cycle across the Italian market, combining qualified leads with your own outbound efforts
  • Engage CFOs, controllers, and senior finance professionals with a consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Build tailored proposals with the support of sales engineers and internal teams
  • Navigate complex deals, manage multiple stakeholders, and guide opportunities to close
  • Hit monthly and quarterly targets with the freedom to run your territory strategically
  • Represent the company at key events, trade shows, and conferences in the region

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales (we’re open to professional or senior level)
  • Strong understanding of financial topics such as reporting, consolidation, accounting, or planning
  • Proven ability to present to and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and previous exposure to selling into finance departments is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a scale-up environment

Nice to have

  • Background in business, finance, or economics
  • Experience with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN)
  • Existing network within the Italian finance or software market
