Borsa Italiana- Fixed Income Market Specialist

Overview

Join us for the Borsa Italiana- Fixed Income Market Specialist role at Euronext. This position is based in Milan and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission within the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers' activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets.
• Analyze product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations, sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems.
• Compute periodic statistics for fixed income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies.
• Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Perform client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers.
• Support day-to-day listing activities and related projects.

Requirements

• Accuracy & Timeliness: Proven ability to deliver precise, timely, and high-quality work.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and interpret data.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in fixed income markets or related areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Python skills for automating statistical reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to client needs.
