Villa Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and skilled worker in civil construction and general maintenance. The candidate must be capable of painting, building repairs, and have knowledge of lighting and plumbing installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting work (walls, wood, ceilings, etc.) with neat results.
• Handle minor civil repairs such as plastering, brick/stone work, and wall repairs.
• Repair, install, and maintain basic electrical equipment, especially lighting.
• Ensure work tools and equipment are kept in good condition.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experienced in civil, painting, and general repair work.
• Knowledge of basic electrical work, especially lighting installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing work, especially pipe installation and maintenance.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, neat, and able to work within deadlines.
