Position

Field Service Engineer (M/F/D) – North East Italy

Location: Modena, Reggio Emilia or intermediate areas between the two provinces.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical assistance activities at customer sites, including maintenance, installation, FSCA, inspections in compliance with QRC requirements and customer SLA.
• Provide appropriate documentation to the customer after every intervention.
• Report promptly any complaints and support the follow‑up process.
• Manage spare parts (stock and restocking) to ensure the quantity and type of material appropriate to the assigned products and customer needs.
• Maintain valid certifications on the assigned products.
• Be responsible for assigned tools and equipment, respecting company rules and calibration plan.
• Create synergy with commercial representatives on the territory.
• Post‑sale support and customer training (optional).

Client Contact Management

• Contact customers after planning by front office to clarify technical issues and define visit schedule.

Requirements

• 3 years similar field technical experience.
• Microsoft Office package.
• Fluent Italian, basic English.
• High school diploma or technical scientific degree.
