Lead Engineer – NTI/NPI Manifold, Distribution, and Connection

Drive technical delivery of subsea power and control systems for offshore energy projects. Own the design and execution of complex subsea distribution technologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish technical requirements based on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards.
• Lead and contribute to design development of manifold structures, foundations, piping systems, distribution equipment, and subsea connection systems.
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and on‑time completion of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Thermodynamic, or Fluid Dynamics.
• Experience in turbomachinery industry or related areas; Ph.D. equivalent considered.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as Unigraphics.
• Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; ability to work in the EU.
