Eurovision Italy, the Italian subsidiary of the EBU, is looking for an Event Producer.

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is the world’s leading alliance of public service media, representing over 100 media organisations worldwide. Through its subsidiary Eurovision Italy, the EBU delivers high‑impact broadcast, news and event production services in Italy, Vatican City and across Europe, supporting major international media and institutional events.

Eurovision Italy plays a key operational role within the EBU, producing strategic in‑person, hybrid and virtual events for internal and external stakeholders.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of in‑person, hybrid and virtual events
  • Assisting with logistics, technical requirements, timelines, supplier coordination and documentation
  • Providing hands‑on support during live productions, including technical setup, rehearsals and on‑site operations
  • Supporting the integration of multimedia content (video, slides, streaming assets)
  • Contributing to the implementation of new tools, workflows and event technologies
  • Supporting event communications, invitations and stakeholder coordination
  • Participating in post‑event debriefs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution and high‑quality outcomes

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in event coordination, event production or multimedia (internships and freelance experience considered)
  • Familiarity with live, hybrid and virtual event formats
  • Basic understanding of multimedia production (video, audio, lighting and digital workflows)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive, hands‑on mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, including occasional long or irregular hours during events

  • English: Proficient
