Italy Partner Manager - Indirect Sales

As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You will have the opportunity to impact both end customers and Odoo partners.

Who are Odoo partners?
Primarily Italian IT companies and system/ERP integrators offering Odoo among their solutions. You will coach them on business strategies, implementation, and product knowledge to help grow their Odoo business.

You will also interact with diverse customers across regions, qualifying and providing demos to end clients to connect them with suitable partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable Odoo Partners to implement software successfully
  • Act as a business coach, creating processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners in Italy
  • Qualify leads, conduct product demos, connect clients with partners
  • Negotiate licenses and pricing, promoting value propositions

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years in a tech sales role, preferably B2B
  • Passionate about sales, negotiation, and achieving targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and initiative-taking attitude
