As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. In this role, you’ll take care of our large customers (Corporate) in the post-sale phase and be in contact with the most important brands and companies in Italy.

Your Main Goals Will Be

  • NPS
  • strengthening our role as a partner of the Client in achieving his business goals

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

  • listen to the customer's needs: your relationship with the Customer must be a sentinel of new business opportunities
  • address and follow up on post-sales issues; return appropriate feedback to the Customer
  • monitor the quality of service (KPIs/SLAs)
  • set-up/coordinate Service Meetings
  • manage special business initiatives (e.g. upgrade POS, advanced reporting development, etc.)
