Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps and Release Manager to oversee the release management lifecycle of the Salesforce platform. This role involves managing first- and second-generation managed packages, automating deployment processes, and ensuring seamless code delivery across development lifecycles. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with developers, troubleshoot deployment errors, and set up CI / CD pipelines to optimize performance and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

Release Management

• Manage first- and second-generation Salesforce managed packages.
• Automate deployment processes to enhance the release management lifecycle.
• Oversee release management for the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Resolve validation and deployment errors promptly.

CI / CD Pipeline Setup

• Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines and environments from scratch.
• Ensure seamless and consistent code delivery through the development lifecycle.
• Provide long-term solutions and develop roadmaps for process improvement.

Version Control & Collaboration

• Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for tracking changes and effective collaboration.
• Maintain a clean repository structure with branches for development, testing, and production.
