UNOX certified as the best workplace in Italy is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join the UNOX HR Team.

Main Responsibilities :

• Sourcing : Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, the company website, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
• Screening : Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates in line with the requirements of open positions.
• Interviews : Conduct in-depth interviews (in English and Italian) to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Evaluation : Collaborate with line managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
• Reporting : Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Requirements :

• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (spoken and written) - our selection process includes a telephone language check in English before the interview;
• Knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French or German are a plus.
• Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues;
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and result-orientation;
• Proactivity, results-orientation, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent Public Speaking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines;
