SPEA S.p.A., a world leader in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards, is looking to expand its Research and Development Department by hiring a Project Manager.
The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading work teams to ensure compliance with the company's timelines, methods, and quality standards in the following areas:
The Project Manager will oversee a SPEA product or functional unit, managing the project from commercial negotiation and technical feasibility through to installation at the final customer site, including design, development, and manufacturing stages. The role requires ensuring timely completion of work by all stakeholders. The PM will collaborate closely with R&D, Sales and Commercial teams, Production, and Customer Support.
The candidate will work with various SPEA departments to enhance process efficiency through analysis, mapping, conceptual design of improvements, implementation, and monitoring of results.
