Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to build long‑term relationships with our clients and deliver value through outstanding service. We’re growing fast and are looking for someone with a commercial mindset to join our team and support client success from day one.

Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work closely with sales team members to manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day communication.

• Support the Account Management team in handling client requests and maintaining relationships
• Deal with customer complaints and analyze the root cause to prevent it from happening again
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor account performance and flag issues proactively
• Attend client meetings and support follow‑ups
• Help identify opportunities for upselling and service improvement

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• In-depth knowledge of warehousing / delivery is highly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
• English is the working language, yet Chinese(Mandarin) / Polish is a huge plus
