Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will work in the worldwide Data Analytics team based in Milan and will be responsible for managing and coordinating end‑to‑end data visualization projects, including collecting business requirements, designing the most appropriate and efficient data model, and implementing the final data visualization solution.
Responsibilities
- Create efficient and effective data solutions for reporting and analysis, working with key stakeholders to build dashboards using enterprise tools like Power BI.
- Gather technical and business requirements from stakeholders, understand their needs, and support them in designing the optimal data visualization solution.
- Build and deploy highly efficient and scalable ETL processes using big data and cloud technologies (e.g., Databricks), collaborating with other IT colleagues such as DWH owners and Data Architects.
- Periodically update main stakeholders about the progress and maintenance of solutions development.
Knowledge and Skills
- 2 years in data analytics and BI roles.
- Strong experience with Power BI, designing and implementing dashboards for both desktop and mobile use, and innovative and advanced data analysis tools for enterprises.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.
- Good knowledge of SQL or other data analysis programming languages.
- Familiarity with data warehouse environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and cloud‑based data platforms is a plus; experience with Qlik Sense and Agile project management is also preferred.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Preferred experience in the fashion luxury sector is a plus.
