As CAE’s Simulator Technician Internship, you will join our experience team based in Sesto Calende, Lombardy, Italy, working on advanced level simulators preparing the next generation of pilots and keeping the experienced pilots up to date. The role is highly varied due to the unrivalled range of simulators at our training center.
Note: This is a 24/7 operation with a shift pattern of 4 Days On & 4 Days Off, alternating Day and Night Shifts, on a 365-year calendar in the description; day shifts run 07:00–19:00 and night shifts run 19:00–07:00. Lunch or dinner on duty is provided in the internal canteen.
Our team offers opportunities across all levels within the function, with a progression path available beyond this position. The Internship Simulator Technician will learn how our Expert Technicians operate and maintain the simulators.
During the internship, you will also learn to perform many tasks yourself, starting from an unexperienced level and progressing to more advanced duties.

L’attività si svolge su turni 24/7 con lo schema: 4 giorni lavorativi + 4 giorni di riposo + 4 notti + 4 giorni di riposo, ripetuto durante tutto l’anno. Il turno diurno è 07:00–19:00; il turno notturno è 19:00–07:00. Il pranzo o la cena durante il turno sono offerti dall’azienda.
