As a Sales Support Specialist at IDEXX, you will provide support to the sales team in your region and act as a liaison between the sales professionals and internal departments. You play a vital role in the overall health and advancement of the region’s objectives. Making sure all the checks and balances are in place in the lead-to-order process. Providing transactional support to ensure successful and efficient execution of business transactions, and smooth on-boarding for our customers.
Construct monthly reporting for the buying group, for targeting clinics and you’ll have an overall vision of revenue.
Support the achievement of revenue, gross margin and operating expenses as per Italians’ target.
Ensure the sales team adhere to pricing policies, submit paperwork correctly and follow the correct audit guidelines.
Create reports using Business Objects and divide to the sales team.
Weekly reporting of number of instruments sold, installations and pipeline.
Participation in projects to implement initiatives; identify project opportunities and generating ideas and solutions.
Communicating with related areas to coordinate work.
May lead work activities of others, coordinating daily activities and providing training, coaching and guidance
