Software Maintenance Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain existing software applications to ensure performance, reliability, and stability over time
• Identify, analyze and resolve software issues, bugs, and incidents in collaboration with development and operations teams
• Manage and prioritize maintenance tickets and improvement requests from internal stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and improve system robustness

Document maintenance activities

Participate in technology upgrades and refactoring initiatives to keep software up-to-date and aligned with best practices

Ideal requirements

• Computer science degree
• Knowledge of C# development
• Knowledge of databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Attention to detail
• Incline towards teamwork and cooperation
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies
