We’re looking for a proactive and tech‑savvy IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Angelo Po. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues—whether on‑site or remote—and play a key part in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly.

You’ll troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate technical problems, while building strong relationships with users and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes.

What You'll Do

Infrastructure & Support

  • Install and configure hardware and software (PCs, laptops, cameras, printers, readers, accessories)
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and resolve technical issues
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and reporting
  • Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure alignment and support
  • Maintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement

User & System Management

  • Set up new users and manage access rights
  • Ensure device security (hardware and software)
  • Manage and access the company’s server room securely
  • Support internal compliance with IT standards and procedures

What You Bring

  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (able to communicate with global teams)
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
  • Understanding of Windows server environments, Active Directory, and network protocols
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office tools
  • 1‑3 year experience in IT Support, preferably in a structured environment
