Position Overview

The

The Sales Executive for Polo Menswear distribution in Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. The role includes account management and active prospecting of new business focus on Italian Specialty stores with the objective of growing sales and profits through existing and new distribution.

The figure will plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Appointment taking, market planning and buying management during sales campaign;
  • Client data management
  • Commercial support, overseeing Polo Menswear Distribution focus on Specialty Stores;
  • Attend line opening, brand days and post market meetings;
  • Qualitative analysis of sales data to monitor performances and identify business opportunities;
  • Support for the showroom experience of the customers
  • In cooperation with the Senior Sales Manager, ensure the clients achieve the seasonal budget.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong Influencing skills required to develop and maintain good relationships with accounts and team members;
  • Good knowledge of Italy, Greece, Malta, Turkey distribution;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills combined with creative and fashion sensibilities;
  • Team working;
  • Advocate of the brand and product in the market;
  • Ability to deal with fast paced and changing environments.
