Opportunity

We’re looking for a Back Office Sales Operations Specialist who is eager to step up, contribute to the team's purple spirit, and embark on a new journey!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages, coordinates and maintain the sales team processes and tools (CRM, pipeline, lead action plan, periodicals, reporting)
  • Operationally supports the Chief of Sales in the management of sales activities (strategy, budgeting, account planning, industry monitoring)
  • Coordinate administrative procedures related to sales
  • Coordinate with the sales team (industry leads, sales managers, partners) to monitor and update sales KPIs
  • Plan and implement new sales strategy, sales processes, tools improvements and automation, in coordination with the other departments (administration, marketing, process excellence, IT)

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or similar
  • Experience in Sales Operations or related area appreciated
  • Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS365 (advanced Excel) and Power BI
  • CRM experience appreciated (Dynamics)
  • No fronting with customers
